In fact, Integrity Real Estate Services has sold this home twice. 
 
The first time we sold this home, a couple of years ago, the then owner had tried doing a For Sale By Owner Sale and then they had listed it with a competing real estate company from Texas. After a year of being listed with that company, they put the For Sale By Owner Sign in the front yard again and moved out of state. 
 
When visiting with a local  attorney asking if he would do their paperwork should they get a sale, he told them they needed to list the house with Integrity Real Estate Services and they promptly showed up in our office.
 
Of course, now we had a vacant home to work with... photos cannot do a vacant home justice.  At least a few pieces of furniture are better to show perspective in rooms and create somewhat an atmosphere that speaks to what the room's function is. But staging with some pieces was out so photos of a vacant home is what we had.
