Local Market Report Updates at the Tip of your Fingers
Ever wondered how the market is doing in Salida Colorado and surrounding towns? Want what Zillow and Realtor.com cannot give you? We have it!  We just adopted a new app that will let us set up a periodic market report for our area. You can get it monthly, weekly or every two weeks. This tool, created by a company called Brivity.com is the best I have seen for an accurate, visual glance at the market.
 
Who would this benefit? As a buyer, this is critical as prices are still increasing around here as are interest rates. It may help you decide when to make your decision to buy. As an owner currently selling, it will let you know what homes are coming live and which ones are selling around you - good to know. As a potential seller, you can keep track of the market - helpful information for you when you decide to list your home. 
 
As you can see, the price of homes on the market went up 19% from this time last month. This is partially due to new homes coming on and price increases/decreases (increases in this case) of homes already on the market.
