Throwback Thursday: A Spring Cleaning Discovery

Q: Why does cleaning up my blog posts take so long?
A: Because I keep getting distracted by the cool stuff I find.
In an effort to clean and reorganize a closet or drawer or storage area, have you ever found something that you had totally forgotten about and you're happy to have found it?  Well, that's what happened to me when I started reviewing some old blog posts, prompted by Debe Maxwell, CRS  Spring Cleaning Challenge. 
What happened is I was reviewing a post I wrote in October 2006, called To Buy Or Not To Buy. That Is The Question.  During my review, I perused the comments and rediscovered that it had won in the opinion section of one of the early contests here on ActiveRain. Yes, I was on ActiveRain in 2006 with the pioneers.  Here is the post where Colleen Kulikowski announced my post as the winner.  Congratulations - Carol Williams    
Further perusal led me to find it had also been mentioned with a link on Jay Thompson's The Phoenix Real Estate Guys Blog.  Jay has since switched to the tech side of the real estate industry now and I notice hasn't posted in The Rain ... more
