What do Sex and Real Estate Have in Common?
While I usually compare dating to real estate, he makes many great points on how each venture is similar. Just as with dating (especially with eye to consummation), it's wise to be polite, be on time, dress appropriately, be interested in the other person, truly listen, and of course be confident among many other things. But in real estate, it's OK to have relationships with more than one person at a time!
  I know the title itself seems like little more than shameless click bait and in a way it's meant to grab attention. But in the interest of not disappointing anyone that may have rushed onto this post looking for an honest answer to the question, I feel like I should at the very least make an effort to explain.
