Only listings that are not properly marketed or are over priced linger on. Properly marketed and well priced home fly off the Active status in an instance!
Not surprisingly, with little inventory and strong demand what can you expect? Price increases of course. The consumers are confident about the Real Estate Market, the Economy and do not see trouble for the next two or three years.
