Before You Say No To The Showing Request
Great information on why you shouldn't say "no" to a showing on your home. This was originally written and published by colleagues Bill & Liz Spear in Cincinatti. Just to be clear, shouldn't say no is a double negative - it means you should say YES to all showings if at all possible.

It can certainly be inconvenient to sell your home.
You've got to keep the home "show ready" ALL the time.
You never know on a given day if you'll have 10 showings or none.
Sometimes you get almost no notice, sometimes you get the request days in advance.
You're trying to balance a normal life with getting your home sold.  And the hassle of packing up the dogs and the kids before every showing and disappearing for an hour or more gets old FAST.
But it's part of the process to get your home sold.
And there are times you'll probably be tempted to say NO to a showing.  It's your right to do so, but there are some things to consider.
You never know when the buyer you say No to is THE ONE.
