Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas
The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 22, down from 29 last month. Inventory is VERY low! Currently for sale, there are:
13 single family homes (ranging in price from $350,000 to $2,200,000)  2 half-duplexes ($299,888 - $350,000) 5 condos ($328,900 – 499,000) 2 townhomes ($350,000 to $505,000) Sixteen of the 22 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.
The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 61 days, as compared to 60 last month. The median number of days on the market is 49 days, compared to last month’s 40 days.
 
New listings in July
Just 11 homes came on the market in Addison, TX in July 2017, down from 19 the previous month.
