The Eye Buys ~ Going, Going, Gone in Canyon Creek
I sold this home to my sellers 17 years ago and have been talking with them the last 4 years about moving, as they aged into their 80's. It was time and their 3 adult children flew in from different parts of the country. They researched places for them to move in MN to be close to one of the children and then coordinated the move. Once they were out they began the task of clearing out their home (a daunting job). There were efficient and used my recommendations for window cleaners, carpet stretching and cleaning, painters, landscapers and a make ready cleaning company. My favorite stager Brian Morris with Brian David Design staged their home to show the livability and all the possibilities of the home. The photo shoot was scheduled and the marketing began!
I worked behind the scenes to prepare for “opening day” at my open house. Their individual website was shared with top producing agents in the area who specialize in Northwest Austin sales.
