Sales prices in the Westridge neighborhood of Highlands Ranch increased quite a bit over August jumping up to over $500,000 on average for September. There are currently four homes on the market, ranging in price from $350,000 for a 2 bed, 3 bath up to $438,000 for a 3 bed, 3 bath.
