Sometimes going too slowly during the home buying process can cause the good, adorable, great buy homes to sell quickly as the slow home buyer checks everything out leaving only the average homes (there are many of them) that linger on the market for the slow home buyer to choose from. Often it is the nimble "ready to buy" Buyers that spring and submit an offer when the golden opportunity homes first come on the market.
 
The Story of the SLOW Home Buyer
During an open house near a main street, I noticed a man driving slowly past the house. This seemed normal as lookey loos often do this to look and write down the address. The man continued driving to the corner when he saw the flash of a traffic camera.
 
                       Have you noticed that Lookey Loos will drive by For Sale homes very slowly?
