Carlsbad has a number of holiday events in December, with lots of things to enjoy and get you in the holiday mood. The Holiday Sip and Shop (what was the Night of Lights last year) takes place in a little over a week.
 
 
Residents and visitor know that Carlsbad Village downtown area, including the Carlsbad Village Faire, is popular for shopping and dining year round, but it's especially fun at holiday time. 
 
The Holiday Sip and Shop is your chance to enjoy some holiday spirits, music, decorations and a bit of shopping, too!.
 
The Carlsbad Village Holiday Sip and Shop takes place from 4 – 7 pm on Friday, December 7. Head over to the Choice Juicery at the corner of State Street and Carlsbad VIllage Drive to listen to the holiday music from the Carlsbad High School Jazz Ensemble. I heard them last year year and they were terrific.
 
Nearby, at the corner of State Street and Grand Avenue, you’ll find hot chocolate and a cookie table, plus live music. And there will be a strolling quartet of carolers, too!
