Achieving balance between personal and business life.
I am thankful for my job. One of the reasons I love being a real estate agent is because I can have a flexible schedule. However in order to be successful we have to work long hours and most of us work seven days a week. 
Most of the home buyers in my market area want to see homes on weekends. Many buyers like to see homes on holidays as they are not working that day.
When I first got my license I used to attend free seminars about real estate  by motivational speakers .
One of the speakers, (unfortunately I do not remember who )  said, when you are at end of your life you will not regret not going on a listing appointment but will regret if you missed an important family celebration." I was young and was not thinking of end of life but I realized that I may have many occasions when I will have to choose between  personal and business activity..
