Oh YES...Baby it IS Cold Out There...So Here is What You Need to Do..
. People who live in what is now the "frozen north"know that this is the time of year you have a whole different wardrobe. If the wind chill puts the temps below zero there are precautions you should take to stay safe and healthy.  If you are in a part of the country, where chill is not the "norm" but you find "Old Man Winter" has made a colder than nHaveormal visit this post is designed to "inform and protect" you and your home during the winter months.
   Every weather person will tell you...if you do not HAVE to go outside during below zero cold spells...do not. IF you do...limit the time...and most of all limit your skin's exposure to the cold. Cover everything...It may not necessarily be a fashion statement with scarves wrapped around your head with only eyes visible. You may look like you are prepared to rob a bank with a ski mask covering your face....BUT you also won't be worried about the cold realities of frost bite.  Have some fun with "outerwear"....be your favorite canine or other animal.
