It Is Just A Matter Of Time  We have likely heard it in the past.  Time heals all wounds.  Give it some time.  It seems to be that time is given the role of the bad guy in the script of life. You know the character wearing the black hat in an old western movie. 
 
But time is just one factor in the picture.  Or just part of an entire scenario.  It's not just one thing.  I won't say never but rarely is it ever just one thing. Not this or that.  It's part of what we see and hear and touch and more. 
 
So, it is not just a matter of time.  Time isn't an excuse or a reason or anything but an element of measurement.  At least I don't think that a fair premise assumes anything beyond that.
