Short cuts, schemes and Internet dreams - The new Real Estate world
The new world is changing but the old world never goes away.
Some times it has to be said. Lets set the scene. There is no shortage of entertaining real estate shows. There is no shortage of Internet advice. There is no shortage of "new experts" who see these shows and or read the advice, and well... they think they can do it better than you. Here in the Manchester NH area I have been seeing it more and more. 
 
I am "hands on - tell it like it is" kind of person. I believe in doing it right the first time.  
 
So when future home buyers and home sellers take these real estate shows for real. Issues are not far behind. Many do not what is or what is not scripted, staged or made for better TV. When consumers can search online with a few clicks of the keyboard, advice is not far away. However just because it is on the Internet, does not mean it is true. 
 
We live in age of "we want it now." That means an increase in short cuts, schemes and Internet dreams. It means some really believe they can put any price on a home. That they ... more
