For the week ending March 17, the Orange County Real Estate market saw a median home sale price of $700,500 on 1,971 sales, down -13.5% from 2018. There are currently 5,616 active listings available. The average monthly mortgage payment throughout the county is $3,429.57 up from $3,217.60 from the same time last year.
