City of Solon Planning Commission had a meeting on Tuesday, 03/26/19 at 7:30 PM. Solon Public Works Committee had a meeting on Monday, 04/01/19 at 5:30 PM. Solon City Council had a first meeting in the month of April on the same day at 7:30 PM. There was a low level of activity on the Solon real estate market this week. 6 single family homes and 1 residental zoned parcel of land were listed for sale. 1 single family home listing was returned to market. 11 single family home listings changed to contract. The price was reduced for 8 single family homes and for 1 residental zoned parcel of land. The price was raised for 1 single family home. 13 single family homes were sold.
