Another Realtor emailed me about the sign in this story, and I had no idea what they were talking about, so... went to the website to see what the big deal was.
Funny thing though - the picture is a post from Instagram a few years ago, at a listing in Pukalani Maui.  The story claims it's a sign with magic techno powers!  They said "This pretty looking sign sitting in the bushes above? Be careful, it just might beam a message to your phone without you even knowing it!"
Whaaaat? - it's just a plain old sign hanging from an L post that's set on top of a ground stake. 
But thanks for the free publicity!
