My Kind Of Paycheck Comes In The Form Of A Thank You Note
 
This past week we went to settlement on a Grey Rock Condo. 
 
 
This morning I received the following:
 
''Margaret,
Paula and I want to thank you again for the outstanding and effective marketing and selling of our condo. We saw first hand how you never passed up an opportunity to show the property and went above and beyond by converting a casual neighbor's interest into a sale.
The neighbor was a life long renter who probably never saw themselves as owners. You pursued them, did the math to show how they could afford to buy and then connected them with a lender so they could in fact be a homeowner.
So now you have a thrilled first-time homeowner and a very satisfied seller all in one transaction.
Good job and well done.
There are many moving parts to a real estate sale some need to be done sequentially and some in no special order. Regardless of the detail, all must be completed before a closing can happen.
You have shown your mastery of managing all those details and more. That mastery is the payoff to you for so many years of dedicating yourself to being the best you can be.
