I have been called from sellers that had their homes listed for 6 months with other Agents that didn't sell until they listed with me!  Why?  Many reasons, but an agent shouldn't be asking a seller how much they want for a home.  That is not their job!  It is the Realtors job to present comparable properties and price the property according to market value!  Some agents will tell a seller the home is worth 25,000-50,000 more, just to get the listing and buyers calls.  I find it such a disservice to our industry!
