Staging it Virtually......Putting the Best House Forward
   Somewhere in real estate history there is a statistic that says about 95% of all people have no "spacial/color imagination." That  may be paraphrasing a bit....basically....empty rooms...different colored walls...landscape changed...wallpaper gone...whatever the change that would make a difference in how a propery shows is difficult for most people to imagine. 
    The questions continue...would the couch fit here...what size bed goes there...how many people could sit at the table. Virtual Staging helps take the guesswork out of these questions. We have a new listing and will have several that are coming up that for a variety of Seller circumstances, we find virtual staging to be the best answer for spacial imagination questions...AND for putting the best house forward. YES we do have a "watermark" and YES we do have pictures at the house to help the vision for potential buyers.
    Our new listing...going LIVE is at 623 Glenview in Wauwatosa Wisconsin and rather that have a piece of furniture here and there...we staged the batha and kitchen and had other rooms staged virtually.This is a large living room and now Buyers can easily the conversation areas and and furniture sizes that are possible in this room.
