Neighborhood of Tallgrass Aurora CO - Market Update for 2nd Quarter 2019
 
You will find the neighborhood of Tallgrass located between Quincy and Hampden and West of Picadilly in Southeast Aurora CO  80013.    This community is comprised of newer homes built from 2004 to new homes (2018) built by Meritage.    You will find a couple of parks (Park at Tallgrass & Tallgrass Park) for its resident to enjoy.     
 
You will find ranch and two-story homes with 3-6 bedrooms and 2-6 bathrooms.   All but a few homes have basements, some of which are finished.   Homes have two garages, and quite a few three-car garages also.   The square footage ranges from 1,670 above ground to a total of 5,392 square feet including finished basements.
