Sold Pine Tree Farms Feasterville Re/Max eastern Hannah Williams
 
 
It was settlement day. I was picking up the seller so I was up and ready extra early.  The car was dead when I turned the key. Oh no I have the file with all the checks. I called my local auto repair shop and explained they were sending guys over they are the best. My heart was pounding. I called the seller and explained he told me to relax and call him back. 
 
 
Thankfully it was the battery a jump fixed the problem let it run for ten minutes and off you can go. I picked up the seller. The house was in Feasterville but went to Newtown for settlement. It was a 35-minute ride and the GPS had the directions wrong. When we called we received voice mail so we left a message hoping to get a callback. I went into a bank nearby asking if they knew where the location was. They did not. Finally a call back with proper directions.
 
 
The rest of the closing went easy and we made light of the situation. We all laughed and were glad and happy as settlement day should be. There was even a big projection of the house on the wall, The seller commented what a nice ... more
