Maui Condo Report For August, 2019:
This is the August, 2019 condominium market report for condos sold on Maui Hawaii year to date through July, 2019.
In July 159 condominiums sold on Maui with a median price of $493,000 and an average price of $603,244. At the end of July there were 481 condominiums for sale on Maui which is approximately 3.9 months of inventory. Kihei had the highest number of sold condos with 78 in July while Wailea/Makena had the highest median sale price for sold condos with a median sale price of $1,280,000 in July. 
Through July, 969 total condos have sold on Maui with a median price of $518,000 and an average price of $699,707. This includes both fee simple and leasehold condos. The median sale price has increased 4.4% since July 2018. Kihei had the highest number of sold condos through July 2019 with 396 total sales while Wailea/Makena had the highest median sale price for sold condos with a median sale price of $1,235,000 through July 2019. 
Through July, 930 total fee simple condos have sold on Maui with a median price of $525,000 and an average price of $717,605. The median sale price for fee simple condos has increased 4% ... more
