Fourteen neighborhood and homeowner associations received a total of $40,039 through the Frederick J. Felton Neighborhood Matching Grant Program, which provides incentives for community improvements, including sidewalk enhancements, landscaping, tot lots, erosion control, enhanced lighting and more.
