Our newest Loan Originator, Pat Motley lends Nationwide!
We're proud to announce our newest Texas Loan Originator, Pat Motley, lending nationwide.
Pat has over 30 years of experience in mortgage lending, starting her career as an escrow officer. She soon expanded her knowledge by acquiring her real estate license, worked in processing, became an underwriter, managed a branch office with 5 LO's and eventually was operations manager.
As a former spouse to an Air Force veteran, Pat is very familiar with military life and moving from base to base every few years.
Pat has two children and seven grandchildren and walks and hikes 25 to 30 miles a week. And if that wasn't enough, you can also find her in the gym 4 to 5 times a week.
Helping people obtain home ownership and refinancing a borrower's current mortgage to lower their payments or obtaining cash out for home improvements along with assisting real estate investors with rental portfolios is what Pat truly enjoys and does best.
