Home Sales Stats 3rd Quarter Of 2019
On October 24, 2019, ATTOM Data Solutions reported nationwide single family homes and condos sold price was $270,000 in the 3rd quarter of 2019, jumped 2.9% from 2nd quarter of 2019, and rose 8.3% from 3rd quarter of 2019.
Distress sales accounted for 10.5% single family homes and condos sales in the 3rd quarter of 2019, declined 11.3% from 2nd quarter of 2019, and lower 11.6% from all distress sales in the 3rd quarter of 2018.
Cash buyers accounted for 24.3% of all single family home and condo sales in the 3rd quarter of 2019, decreased from 24.5% in the 2nd quarter of 2019, and dropped from 26.3% in the 3rd quarter of 2018.
Investors minimum ten properties per year acquired 3.0% of all home sales in the 3rd quarter of 2019 higher from 2.3% in the 2nd quarter of 2019, but unchanged from 3.0% in the 3rd quarter of 2018. 
FHA home buyers were 12.1% of all home sales in the 3rd quarter of 2019 increased from 11.7% in the 2nd quarter of 2019, and gained from 10.4% in the 3rd quarter of 2018.
