A Day of Relaxation But Very Productive! One Can Be Productive & Relax

 
This is a “bye week” for the Patriots, and that’s enough to make me sad.  I won’t watch any of the games in their entirety, but I’ll check to see how my “picks did.”
I’ve not felt well this week, and I’m still feeling lousy. Whatever this is, it’s made its way through the family!!
Today, I’ll prepare my second blog post of Being Grateful. There are so many things for which I’m grateful. I think my post will refer to my weight loss surgery, and how I was so blessed to have a Fresh Start. It was a second chance to get it right, and I not only have it right, I promote it to others who are having health issues from their obesity.
This week ahead I’ll be training two people at the YMCA. The more I think about it, the more I like the idea of working a few hours at the YMCA, after I make the decision to stop marketing.
Those who are 30 days past surgery and have been given the ok to start exercising will often call me to get them started. They’re given my contact information at the hospital, once they have surgery. I love doing that, ... more
