An "Angelic" Estate Closing with the Hansons
   We were honored to be chosen to be the agents of record for the estate  of a gentleman who had three daughters. We had done two transactions with one daughter and it was her recommendation to her sisters that we list their once familial home. In an earlier post, we explained we were one of three Realtors who interviewed for the position...each daughter having had their own in mind.
   We detailed the process and our marketing plan. The home had "good bones" as we say....some newer mechanicals...but did need some updating. It was in an outstanding school district ...Elmbrook is one many people seek....and with four bedrooms and 2 baths was ready for some lucky buyer to probably flip. We explained our "flipping Marketing" and the daughters agreed that this would be the marketing method they would choose.
  We have worked with many estates...it is not always "The Cleaver Family" in terms of relationships...somehow the "Mom always liked me best" and the green eyed monster of greed can creep in to the transaction.
