Palos Verdes homes sales in the Peninsula Center neighborhood for the first half of 2019 decreased to 9 single family homes sold in 2019 compared to 14 in 2018.  Price per square foot for Peninsula Center houses that sold in the first half of 2019 decreased to $587 from $618 in 2018, a 5.1% decrease.  Average sales price for Peninsula Center homes sold in the first half of 2019 decreased to $1,322,111 in 2019 compared to $1,354,500 in 2018.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in Peninsula Center was $1,700,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Peninsula Center neighborhood was $1,089,000.
