Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas
The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 34, and last month there were 32. Currently for sale, there are:
11 single family homes (ranging in price from $294,900 - $1,400,000) No half-duplexes 19 condos ($125,000 – $549,900) 4 townhomes ($341,900 - $499,900) Twenty seven of the 34 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Homes are taking longer to sell as the market continues to correct.
The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 82 days as compared to 74 last month). The median number of days on the market is 63 days, compared to last month’s 67 days.
