Do We Work with Expired Listings? Yes!
Over the years, we’ve been asked by many homeowners in the Southern California area if we work with expired listings and our answer to this question is always yes.
Expired listings occur when a home is under contract with another Real Estate agent and it has passed the expiration date on the listing agreement. Once the listing has expired, the homeowner has decided to not renew with their existing broker or Real Estate agent. 
It’s understandable how a homeowner feels when their listing expires, but the reality is that there is a reason why the home sat on the market for the length of time that it did. 
If you have an expired listing, or know someone who owns a home that they tried to sell, but the listing expired, we look forward to analyzing the property to find out what happened and help the owner to sell their property, if they decide to list with us. 
We Want Your Expired Listing
While some Realtors® in Southern California may pass on attempting to sell expired listings, we look at expired listings as challenges and are always open to meeting with owners to find out why their properties didn’t sell.
