Elvis Has Left The Building
I am not sure where and when this quote was first uttered but it makes sense when you consider that more and more folks are adapting to an extended family life style.  This means that we have more families with several generations staying under one roof. It has happened in different cultures before we have moved to this in the United States.  It is not a bad idea becasue there is a certain amount of economy of effort here.
