Hyde Park Market Trends for February 2020
Hyde Park home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 46.2% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 29.5% from $224,000 to $158,000. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price stayed the same. Condo/townhome sales rose by 38.5%, while the median sale price decreased by 30.1% from $224,000 to $156,500.
