River Forest Market Trends for February 2020
River Forest home sales for the month of February decreased in volume by 44.4% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 32.3% from $291,000 to $385,000. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 39.8% from $1,075,000 to $647,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 66.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 37.6% from $208,500 to $130,000.
