One of the communities I get questions about is The Orchards, and in a couple seconds, I weill be giving you my TWO CENTS about The Orchards
 
The Orchards is located In North Naples Off Vanderbilt Beach Road, between Airport-Pulling and Livingston Road, and just South of Tiburon Golf and Country Club.
 
If you are looking for homes for sale in The Orchards in Naples, the first thing that jumps out about the Orchards is the location.  You are literally surrounded by stores and shops, and restaurants.
 
 
The Orchards is a gated community  made up of 184 Single Family Homes and 150 coach homes.  Centex was the builder who built the 30 coach home buildings between 1993 and 1998, and Centex built the single family homes between 1994 - 1997.
