What Can History Teach Us About Real Estate?
I think that this post by Denise Lones is a very calming one to share with our clients - and to take to heart for ourselves.  Stay safe out there - and stay patient.  We will have a real estate industry when this is over! 
 
All the sages are right - use this time to stay in touch with your clients.  I am finding that short text messages - just asking past clients and sphere how they are - has generated an incredible amount of interchange.  I am getting so many memes with talking dogs, complaining husbands (humorously) and more that I can then send on to other people.  I had two past clients respond to my texts last night, both who said  that they will need real estate help when this is over - I can't help them now but it is comforting to know that there will be business when we can start working again in earnest.
