Keep to Your Schedule While Working During Stay at Home Orders
Many teams are working online and beginning week 2 of their work from home schedules. Some companies are on week 3 and comfortably getting into the routine. Our Highlands Ranch property management office is closed physically, but we have not stopped working one day since the stay in place order.  Thankfully a majority of our business is possbile remotely. Those of you going into week 2 will need to stay healthy, hopefully and productive, and these tips should help you get into the swing of things. Companies on week 3 are largely in stride now, but it can’t hurt to stay connected to best practices while many change their daily life and schedule. The key word there is schedule. You need to keep your schedule no matter what. You need to create one if you have not already and you need to be more rigid to it then you would be on a “normal” workday. Your clock in and clock out hours can be blurred, due to not having to drive into work, or you are readily available at times you normally aren’t.
