It started with ActiveRain when I first made a phone call to Dr. Karen Lewis, Broker 305-3231556, a couple of years ago.
I liked her way of thinking...outside the box.
Karen had an idea to open a kiosk in a mall in Florida. There were lots of comments, and 98% were against this idea.
The purpose of my feedback and phone call was to encourage.
If this is something you believe in, if this is something you feel passionate about...then you go for it! 
I followed Karen and her kiosk and her radio show and her brokerage. Every month or so, Karen would give me a call, and we would talk about real estate.
Karen was taking copious notes of each of these calls, and I was having fun answering Karen's questions and giving my take on situations.
Karen referred to me as her mentor...not a title that I take lightly.
This week when we spoke, again, more questions.
