South Peak at Loon Mountain Phase II release
 
 
Stake your claim to the new “Mountain Homes at South Peak” phase II development sites are a truly unique offering.
  “This subdivision has not yet been registered by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.  Until such time as registration has been issued, only non-binding reservation agreements may be accepted.” 
     
There are some beautiful sites along the Pemigewasset River, and the rest are near Loon’s proposed learning center with its future ski terrain access.
   
All sites feature paved street frontage, access to Water & sewer hook ups and underground utilities. These sites will be under the same guidelines as the rest of the South Peaks’ Phase one design standards and don’t require a start of construction date in the requirements.
