Los Angeles County, California Homes Sales & Values Report March 2020
On April 16, 2020 California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values down 2.2% to the price of $567,910 in March of 2020 from price of $580,690 in February of 2020, but rose 8.1% from price of $525,520 in March of 2019. While, homes sales jumped 21.2% in March of 2020 from in February of 2020, but declined 2.9% from March of 2019 in Los Angeles County, California.
There were 2.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2020 decreased from 3.6 months in February of 2020, and dropped from 3.8 months in March of 2019. An average it took 15.0 days to sell a home in March 2020, lower from 22.0 days in February of 2020, and fell from2 5.0 days in March of 2019, in Los Angeles County, California.
