Orzo Salad
This salad is a change from the normal macaroni and potato salads served over the summer.  This is even a good side salad with grilled steaks and steamed lobsters. The *hard to please* pallets go back for seconds.
1 Cup dry Orzo
1 Can Corn
1 Can Black Beans
Scallions
Dressing:
In a *Good Seasonings* container
Lime juice to water lin
Extra virgin Olive oil to oil line
1 Clove garlic
2 Tsp Cumin
¼ Tsp pepper
Salt to taste
Make orzo as state on package.  Cool.  Rinse corn and black beans in calendar.  Chop up 2 scallions and mix with the corn and black beans.  Then mix these with the pasta.  Pur dressing over pasta mixture, stir and chill..
