Fun Friday...Mask Missives
 
Masks have been on most everyone’s minds (or faces) for months.  I have a few thoughts now that I’ve been wearing one for several months.
 
Because of my allergies and asthma, my initial tolerance for wearing a mask was about 20 minutes. Now, I can wear one long enough to have my hair colored or for a doctor’s visit.
 
So what about masks... 
 
Money-saving…
Many of my female friends have mentioned that they have saved a lot of money because they don’t feel the need to wear makeup under a mask. That’s especially true of lipstick. 
I don’t know about anyone else, but these eyes don’t leave the house without a little assistance!
 
Anonymity…
Burglars were onto something. There have been people who have done things they would not ordinarily do under the guise of anonymity. 
 Now we can buy those 5 gallons of ice cream and no one will know it’s us!
 
Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde…
This is my favorite. Remember the fun Halloween parties where you had to wear a mask and/or dress as a character? We had fun because we got to be or play at being who we weren’t.
