1. Get Educated. Take the CCP Certification Aand get a good grade
2. Define youe Specialty and your Avatar
3. Prospect your Avatars at least 2 hours per day
4. Keep working in your "Presence" (Digigtal, Physical and Personal)
5. Get in front (Virtual) of your clients and start closing deals
6. Continue with your educaction by taken the CCIM clases
7. MONITOR ALL YOUR ACTIVITIES FROM 1 TO 6 (Daily, Weekly and Monthly). Here working with a mentor/coach would help.
