Bank Owned Real Estate in Southern Maryland
I recently ran stats on properties under contract in St. Mary's and Calvert County. Seems that many of the home under contract are the bank owned properties. Additionally, most of these properties are listed with the same real Estate agents. DOes anyone know if this is a "Who you know situation" or just plain luck?
