Getting Agents To Splash
I bit the bullet and decided to sponsor my local community.  I've got a ton of ideas of ways to make the best use of that sponsorship.  I'll go into details on how I'm using my localism community later!
For now, I have a question for you.  I'd really like to get the real estate brokerages and lending institutions in our area to see what a great thing we have here, both in the Rain and on the Localism side, but I'm not sure of the best way to do that.  I'd love some suggestions on how to approach area realtors and lenders about participating.
Now, before you jump out of your seats, I'm not trying to find ways to get invite points (although I won't turn them down if I get some).  What I'd like to do is to make the Localism community really reflect the small community we have here - and be sure it provides all of the great information that the realtors, lenders and city officials have to offer.
So, on that note, any suggestions?  Lay 'em on me, baby!
