Busy Bees
Having a positive attitude, keeping your chin up and rolling up your sleeves is what it's all about in our market today. Hey we don't mind, while everyone is sitting around complaining we are off and running.
Does this sound familiar to you? My partner Bonnie and I are in one of the worst hit areas in the country and we somehow manage to squeeze a living out of it. How does that saying go....When given lemons, make lemonade. Yeap that's it!
Ok, so we have to be more creative, get up a little earlier, work a little later. Is it all worth it! Heck Yeah!
Getting people were they need to go and finding that perfect home for someone moving into the area is so worth it. I've been known to hug and cry at closings. Saying goodbye to sellers who have turned into friends or jumping for joy for new owners moving into their new dream home. Making lots of new friends, who then in turn refer us to other people, who then become our new friends, and so on. It's like one big party!!!!
So put a big smile on your face, roll those sleeves up and get out there. The ... more
