Have you heard about this? Drug dealers are flavoring their product to taste like bubble gum, chocolate, and mint??
 
 
 
How is it that I am seeing so many Real Estate Brokers/Agents going out of business across the country when the drug dealers are finding creative ways to increase their sales across the board?
 
 
 
You think COLD CALLING is tough.....How about borders, guns, money laundering, governments, jail time, and death compared to simply cold calling Mr. Smith and asking him if he has any real estate needs.......
 
 
 
We as Agents/Brokers need to be less afraid of change. While the money might have been a bit easier to make in the past few years, there is still PLENTY of opportunity out there for you and your Clients.
 
 
 
PLEASE do not wait on the phone to ring.....MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!
 
 
 
I want to see people make MONEY not mistakes! You can do it in any market. Just surround yourself with the right people and GET CREATIVE!!!!
