Ryland Homes Las Vegas - New Homes - Laredo and Kardelo at Davyn Ridge Photo Tour
I've been on the run, out previewing homes for clients, so though I'd share. This set are some quick shots of the Ryland Homes Davyn Ridge collection on the west side of North Las Vegas. They offer 1 and 2 story homes in sizes from 1700 to nearly 3700 square feet. Current base pricing is from the low $200,000's to mid $300,000's, with a variety of options and choice lot sizes available.
With so much attention focused on the foreclosure market, the values offered from home builders are often overlooked. There are a number of incentives and upgrades that can be negotiated that make these homes very attractive, and at least worth a comparative look. As you can calculate from the sizes and base prices above, the per square foot pricing is within the realm of what you'll find with foreclosures, as I've mention before in a past blog on Inspirada. Of course these are brand new homes with builder's warranty vs. an as-is REO. I think that is worth considering when making a purchase.
