Reflecting on how far we've come with Realtor Web-Sites!
My web-mistress and I were chatting about how far web-sites have come since the brave, new world days of infant sites which cost mega bucks to get up and running. The reason? All of this had to be developed, programmed, tested and tried on a web site and then monitored to gauge results. I just re-did my personal web site: www.MikeKelly.com and we have items on their undreamt of just a few years back! We can link to so many different web sites via "widgets" which make the site very "sticky" for consumers and cost us virtually nothing!
  I have links which allow mapping, open house previews, data/mls searching, investment analysis,research on the invididual towns in my area for pricing and statistics on the marketplace, a "market-snapshot" link which will pull up all comps/actives in an area around a listing, how to instantly "chat" with me, on and on! Simply remarkable.
